Isaiah Metcalf

Also known as the guy who’s always learning, experimenting, and figuring out how to make things work. Whether it’s design, mechanical drawings, grant writing, or even hands-on construction, Isaiah is quickly picking up the skills to turn ideas into reality.

He first got bit by the design and engineering bug back in high school, and now, he’s forehead deep in studies at Ball State University. During his time at FlatLand, he has completed the Academy for Community Leadership program – because he wants to do everything he can to make Muncie a great place to live.

Proof? Just ask him where to visit and he’ll tell you Muncie, Indiana. It may not have the towering skyscrapers of New York or the fast-paced energy of Chicago, but its quiet charm, strong sense of community, and small-town warmth is enough to make Isaiah proud to call it home.

His favorite doodles range from serious to silly, whether it’s a floor plan design or a revolutionary new toothbrush, and we take that as rock solid proof that no matter where he goes, he’s always bringing a strong creative spirit with him.
